Refund Policy

Our Service Charges are non-refundable. Any government charges transferred, if for some reason the government work is rejected, the amount will be refunded if not paid to Government otherwise only balance amount will be refunded. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any job cancellation due to government rejection, the job will be considered cancelled and the refund of government charges will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation.

Service Delivery Policy

Once the payment is made and reflected in our accounts, an email will be sent for the payment receipt/confirmation. The service will be started from the next working day and the completion of work will be done as per the government approval and documents received from the client. Every work of documentation has a different timeline for the accomplishment so it depends on the nature of the documentation the completion of any task is not a fixed timeline although that will be mentioned in the given quotation by the company during a meeting with the client.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To communicate to the Customer any changes that have been imposed by 3rd party service providers with respect to the aforementioned costs, documentary requirements, restrictions or timelines as soon as they become aware of the same.

ZARA BI BUSINESS SERVICES will carry out the facilitation of services with reasonable care and skill and use all reasonable endeavors to ensure accurate and expeditious handling of all services and products subscribed to by the customer.

ZARA BI BUSINESS SERVICES shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss of profits, business, revenue, damage to brand or reputation or any indirect or consequential loss or damage in respect of any act, omission, neglect, delay, or default by any of ZARA BI BUSINESS SERVICES staff and/or agents and whether in contract or in tort. ZARA BI BUSINESS SERVICES does not limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ZARA BI BUSINESS SERVICES shall accurately represent to the Customer information pertaining to costs, documentary requirements, restrictions and timelines related to the products and services subscribed for at the time of the Customer signing this agreement.
